I’m Saleh Hamed. I’ve been writing about AI since 2023.

Most writing about AI is about how to use it. This isn’t that. This is about what changes when AI stops being a tool you reach for and starts being native to how organizations, work, and economies function. The participation gap, not the skills gap. The dissolution of the labour ladder. What replaces work as the entry mechanism into society. The commons we’re losing and the ones we have to build.

Some of what I publish here is strategic — frameworks for leaders making real decisions inside companies going through this shift. Some of it is broader — essays on what AI is doing to work, institutions, and the social contract. Both belong under the same roof, because you cannot do the first well without taking the second seriously.
